Domiciliary Care

Domiciliary care, sometimes referred to as home care, is an important service allowing adult service users to receive care and support within the comfort of their own home.

Stepping Out has done its utmost to ensure its domiciliary care service is fully personalised and catered to the exact needs of the client. Our care packages are person centred and are planned initially with the client, their family and other professionals; it is paramount that our clients are treated with utmost respect and involved within their care in every aspect. This service is ideal for a range of service users wanting to remain living at home, including people with early onset dementia, physical disabilities, learning disabilities and mental health problems. We also offer forms of elderly care.

Stepping Out is able to aid the service user with bathing, toileting, visiting shops, family and other important and non-important tasks.

If you are seeking to obtain a personal budget, Stepping Out are able to provide clients with personalised support plans.
