Family Intervention

Stepping out provide a bespoke family intervention service, where our staff work closely with the young person and their families in their own home. The aim is to try and prevent a major communication breakdown, with the ultimate goal of maintaining the family unit and preventing the young person from entering the care system. This service is also known as crisis management.

Providing a similar service to our respite care program, our experienced and qualified staff can visit familes struggling to cope with members of the family displaying challenging behaviour. We can help bridge the communicative gap and eventually re-build family relationships.
