Outreach Support

Stepping Out provides a number of specifically designed outreach support packages. The service’s main objective is to aid, support and guide a client with everyday tasks or other specific issues.

For example the Stepping Out travel training programme aims to support young people and adults obtain the skills and knowledge necessary in order to travel within the community in a safe independent manner. The service is suited for anyone in need of extra support, as well as those with  mental health issues & Autistic Spectrum Disorder.

Outreach support can be as simple as helping someone fill out a benefit form at home, at the local authority or at one of our drop in centres. It can also be used to offer support to individuals and families who are isolated, hard to reach and who may have disconnected from former services.
