Difficult To Place Young Person or Adult?

Stepping Out are always dealing with Local authorities with young people or adults who are labelled as ‘Difficult to Place’. In short, the person would be displaying severe challenging or complex behaviours, thus making it harder to find care/support providers who are willing, or able, to manage them.

We, as a care provider, want to alleviate this problem that many social workers face. Stepping Out has built their reputation around their willingness to accept, manage and support service users who display all kinds of extreme challenging behaviour. We have produced positive outcomes for those with mental health issues, challenging behaviour and those with MAPPA involvement.

We won’t just accept difficult clients, but we will also actively engage them with their support needs. We have a great track record when it comes to providing positive outcomes to service users who would be considered to be lacking any potential.

Stepping Out are the only solution for ‘Difficult to place’ service users.
