Following the innovative steps taken to bring Gamification to the world of social care and semi independent living, along with our brand new website, Stepping Out has continued to progress throughout the first few weeks of 2015.
Here’s what’s new.
Gamification: The Games Have Begun!
That’s right, we have successfully completed our first Gamification Competition with a user adoption rate of over 81%. Information placed within incident and missing person reports have been improved as well as general communication and collaboration.
SuperHero Semi Independent Living
We have taken the views of our young people within our semi independent living projects, and have made some notables changes to decor at those same projects.
For example, a superhero theme is being implemented at some of our male projects.
Key Contact Cards
The introduction and implementation of our new key contact card given to our young people to ensure that they always have our contact information to hand, wherever they are.
Matrix Standard Accreditation
Finally, we have achieved full accreditation status with “The Matrix Standard”, the unique quality standard for organisations to assess and measure their advice and support services, which ultimately supports individuals in their choice of career, learning, work and life goals.
